Presented by Harvest Church Military Connect Ministry Outreach Team (MCMOT) through the partnership with the Senior Advocate organization.

This FREE community event is open to the public and will feature valuable information, resources, services, and connections to support active and healthy aging.

• Learn about health and wellness resources

• Discover programs designed for seniors and caregivers

• Connect with community advocates
